Privacy notice
This site collects only what you send us.
veneta.ai is a static site published by VENETA Inc. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties: the stylesheet, fonts and images are served from this site. It has one form, the whitepaper download, described below.
The whitepaper form
What we collect, why, and for how long.
- What
- Your name, email address and company or organisation (required); job title and industry (optional); whether you agreed to product news (optional); the time of the request, the language edition you chose and the country your connection came from.
- Why
- To provide the whitepaper you asked for and to answer questions about it. If you ticked the optional box, to email you about VENETA product news and events a few times a year. We never sell or share these details, and we do not use them for advertising.
- Legal basis
- Your consent, given by ticking the required box. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@veneta.ai; we then delete your record.
- How long
- Two years from the request, or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first.
- Where
- On the infrastructure of our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), in a database we operate. No other processor receives the data.
- Your rights
- You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. One email to contact@veneta.ai is enough; we answer within 30 days.
Everything else
Email and server logs.
Apart from the form, the only personal data we receive is what you send us by email. We use it to answer you and keep it for as long as the correspondence is relevant.
Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and capacity, under its own terms.
